Training Policies & Terms

To make this possible, clear expectations are important so we can move forward with confidence. Please take a moment to read through the following policies before beginning your training journey.
Commitment to the Process
True transformation doesn’t happen overnight. Training is a journey that requires patience, consistency, and follow-through. When you enroll in a program, you’re committing to walking this journey alongside your dog, step by step. Please understand that results depend on your dedication to practicing between sessions.
Refunds & Early Program Endings
Because each program is carefully structured to support long-term change, refunds are not offered once training has begun. If you decide to pause or discontinue partway through a program, unused sessions will not be refunded. This ensures fairness and respects the time set aside exclusively for you and your dog.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens, and I understand things come up. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a session. Missed or last-minute cancellations will result in that session being forfeited.
Case-by-Case Acceptance
Every dog is unique. All clients are accepted on a case-by-case basis to ensure safety, suitability, and the best chance for success. When reaching out, please share:
Your dog’s age, breed, and weight
Known triggers or challenges
Your dog’s temperament with strangers
This information allows me to determine if my services are the right fit for you and your dog.
Safety & Well-Being
The well-being of both you and your dog is my top priority. If a dog displays behavior that poses a serious safety risk, I reserve the right to pause or discontinue training. In such cases, I will guide you toward next steps and additional resources that may better support your dog’s needs.
